By placing an order through chipithub.in, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

General

Subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but stock discrepancies may occur from time to time and we may not be able to meet all of your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will complete the products available to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to wait to restock the ordered item back or if you would prefer for us to process the refund.

Before dispatching any order we check the products thoroughly, after passing through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted courier partners.

 Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the item in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Delivery Terms

In general, orders are dispatched only through registered domestic reputed courier companies. Once the order is dispatched, the customer will be notified through email, SMS or call. chipithub.in or the courier partner will update the customer for further delivery updates.

Customers can also track the delivery status of the product through the tracking ID provided by chipithub

It takes 3-7 working days for our courier partners to deliver the order to all serviceable pin codes in India. Delivery may take longer under certain circumstances, the courier partner or we (chipithub.in) may contact the customer and let them know the exact reason for the same.

Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Returns

chipithub.in will happily accept returns only if the package got damaged during the shipment. chipithub.in will not accept any return or exchange if the product package seal is broken. Please make a video of the parcel before opening it for further convenience. Please contact us within 24 hours after the product is delivered to you to initiate a return or exchange.
